You must let the cars respawn before you go back to the dealership if you damage any cars ( you can do so by driving a distance away) When you steal a car you get a 2 star wanted level and when you damage a car you get a 1 star Added guards who attack when you damage a car or steal a car Incresed wanted level for stealin car to 2 Guards attack you when you steal or damage a car and you recieve a wanted level

SnowMod_inst.rar contains an installer that will install the dll file for you automatically (note that the installer shows ad during the installation). Put it into game folder\plugins as usual. SnowMod.rar just contains the plugin dll file. There are two downloads provided, both installing exactly the same mod version. This modification brings the snow from GTA: Online to single player!
